The security of premises has always been one of the headaches of business owners. This time we are not referring to health and safety, but to protection against burglary and other crimes. Last year, according to the Crime Statistics of the Ministry of the Interior, 142,780 of the total of 2,201,859 criminal offences of all kinds were burglaries with force in homes, premises and other facilities.
The Balearic Islands have been at the top of these statistics for several years, with a crime rate of 67.5 criminal offences per 1,000 registered inhabitants. Of the total of 77,450 offences, 3,571 were burglaries in homes and businesses. In addition, in recent months the local press has reported several waves of break-ins at bars and other shops in different municipalities of the islands. The most recent have affected Marratxí and districts of the capital such as Son Oliva, Es Vivero and Sa Gerreria.
Undoubtedly, one of the most recommended and effective measures against burglary is visible on-site security systems, such as video surveillance cameras, especially if they are connected to an alarm receiving centre with technologically advanced detectors. They are very strong deterrents and among the most effective ways of protecting against burglary, especially once the shutters come down on a business.

It announces the presence of a Trablisa Alarm with video recording connected 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The system has a wide range of sensors and video sensors that are activated if they detect any incident on the property.
If the pre-alarm is activated, we view the recording and, if necessary, notify the police. If the customer has contracted it, we also send our team of guards to the site. We offer four security levels, so that our customers can choose the one that best suits their business:
Level 1 consists of total or partial detection and viewing inside the premises thanks to infrared sensors and cameras.
Level 2 adds the detection of door or window opening.
Level 3 includes detection in the surroundings of the premises, at a distance of about 12 m from them.
Level 4 covers the entire site of the premises by means of perimeter barriers and security cameras.
